At Suncoast Designs, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll help you get it resolved quickly.
Non-Returnable Items

- Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
