Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): 2–4 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Suncoast Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
- Customs delays (if applicable)
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first.
